Scheduled - On March 9, 2026 at 1:30AM (UTC), Agilent will implement the second phase of a planned security update to our SFTP services. This update supports our ongoing efforts to align with current security standards and enhance the protection of customer data integrations. As part of this phase, additional legacy and deprecated security mechanisms will no longer be supported on Agilent SFTP servers.

If you begin experiencing SFTP connection issues after this change, your SFTP client may still be configured to use deprecated cryptographic algorithms that are no longer supported. Please ensure that your SFTP client is updated to use modern encryption standards, as this will restore connectivity.

This update strengthens overall security by enforcing the use of modern, secure algorithms for all SFTP file transfers.

Resolved - We identified an issue impacting the iLab ERP integration between 3:30 AM and 7:30 AM (UTC) on March 4, 2026, during which fund and billing files were not successfully transmitted to certain institutions’ financial systems.

This issue has now been resolved and all pending files will be sent during the next scheduled run.

Going forward, fund and billing files will continue to post as normal according to the regular schedule established for your custom financial integration.

This update removes outdated and insecure encryption methods to align with current security standards and provide stronger protection for all customer data integrations.
