Scheduled Maintenance

CrossLab Connect Server Upgrade Maintenance Jun 7, 2026 04:00-05:00 UTC

On Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 04:00 AM (UTC), extended maintenance has been scheduled for the following CrossLab Connect server:

- CrossLab Connect
- Asset Monitoring

Maintenance is required to support a Windows Server upgrade for the CrossLab Connect Data Warehouse (CLC DW). The maintenance window is scheduled to run until 9:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, June 8, 2026.

During this planned maintenance window, please be aware of the following:
- CrossLab Asset Monitoring application will not receive data updates
This does not result in data loss, but rather a temporary delay in data availability
- Following services will be unavailable:
Entitlement Tool
Asset Data Explorer
Canary Alerts Service

Backend activities will include database and job management (start/stop/enable) as part of the upgrade process.
