On Saturday October 23rd 2021, at 4:30 AM (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be performing a patch to resolve vulnerabilities on the following servers:

  • iLab Primary US instance
  • iLab Europe instance
  • iLab Stanford instance

Maintenance is planned for 2 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

CrossLab CLC Login Issues

[Friday October 15th, 2021; 1:20 PM (UTC)] - Users may experience issues with logging into their CLC account through SSO.

[Friday October 15th, 2021; 1:45 PM (UTC)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and R&D have begun investigation, as an urgent matter.

[Friday October 15th, 2021; 2:05 PM (UTC)] - Issue has been resolved and site is operational. All users can log in now.

CrossLab CrossLab Portal Vulnerability Patch

On October 15, 2021 at 8:30 am (UTC), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers will be conducting a vulnerability patch on the CrossLab Portal production server.

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, about 10 minutes of site downtime is expected.
