iLab U.S. Server - General Maintenance Saturday, October 10th, 2020 02:00:00 EDT


On Saturday October 10th, 2020 at 2 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing routine maintenance on the following nodes in the U.S. server:

  • Primary U.S. instance
  • Secondary U.S. instances
  • Kiosk instance
  • API instance
  • Catalog Database secondary instance
  • Primary Load Balancer

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and during this time, no more than 10 minutes of downtime is expected.

[Saturday, October 10th, 2020; 4:30 AM (U.S. EST)] - Maintenance complete and all sites are operational.
