iLab Firewall Upgrade on February 17th, 2024 - Multiple Server Instances Saturday, February 17th, 2024 01:00:00 EST

On Saturday February 17th, 2024, Agilent Site Reliability and Network Engineers will be performing PAN OS upgrade for the following iLab server instances with maintenance schedules:

  • iLab Primary U.S.: 6:00 AM (UTC) to 8:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab DFCI: 6:00 AM (UTC) to 8:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab Catalog Database: 6:00 AM (UTC) to 8:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab ERP: 6:00 AM (UTC) to 8:00 AM (UTC)
  • iLab Australia: 8:00 AM (UTC) to 10:00 AM (UTC)

During this time, 15 minutes of downtime is expected for each instance. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.
