We identified an issue impacting the iLab ERP integration between 3:30 AM and 7:30 AM (UTC) on March 4, 2026, during which fund and billing files were not successfully transmitted to certain institutions’ financial systems.

This issue has now been resolved and all pending files will be sent during the next scheduled run.

Going forward, fund and billing files will continue to post as normal according to the regular schedule established for your custom financial integration.
